Photographs from Trident, Jaipur

Usually, I write about the hotels we stay in, when I write about our trips. Last year, when we traveled to Chennai and the Andamans, maybe out of exhilaration of visiting the Islands , I totally skipped writing about our stay in Chennai. We stayed at Trident over there and it was the best hotel experience ever.

To me, hospitality is the first thing that pops in my head whenever I describe my experience at the hotel. The condition of the hotel, the room, the bed, the food…all come next to the kind of treatment received at the hotel. This time, we chose Trident again, for Jaipur. It was nothing less than exceptional. Located right across the Man Sagar Lake, the property looks nothing less than a monument at the first sight. Rooms are well lit and offer all modern amenities. Our room was not huge but airy and super cozy. There was a tiny veranda which was perfect to catch a glimpse of the manicured garden. The rooms at the other side give a majestic view of the Jal Mahal but we were out of luck while booking the room. We dined at their restaurant named “Jal Mahal” several times and I fell in love with their Rajasthani Thali. God! I did not know I could eat that much 😀 The staff is exceptionally well-mannered and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay.

Here are some pictures we clicked at the hotel and major credit goes to Mr. Husband for making me look so good. I personally loved my pictures from Jaipur. I hope he never gets bored of clicking my pictures and I promise, I will never get bored of dressing up and posing for him (evil wicked grin).

I hope you all like the pictures.
